How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We deal with your orders as quickly as possible. Of course, small orders can be finished quicker and some more complex orders may take a bit longer. If you have a specific date when you require your order, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to make sure your items arrive on time.
Do you supply blank apparel or only printed ones?
No. Unfortunately for the time being we are only concentrating on printing our items and getting them out onto the market.
Do you have a minimum printing order quantity?
No. We can accomodate the needs from an individual who may desire one item to a large company that need many.
Do you have products not listed online?
Monster Prints have a lot of other items not featured on our website. We are constantly adding new products to cover the trends in the promotional market. If you cannot find what you want online, or if you have a specific requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us . We will be pleased to help you out.
How do I place an order?
When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply select the "order now" button where you will be emailing our sales department. A representative will get back to you where you will be asked to provide imprint information for your item, as well as colour and type style choice where applicable. Alternatively, you can fill in the online form UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE and send us all the information and artwork requested.
How do I send my artwork to you?
Artwork should be sent on a disk or preferably via email. When emailing your artwork make sure you include your customer name and order number.
What file format can the artwork be sent in?
Adobe Acrobat Files (PDF)
Adobe Illustrator (EPS or AI). All fonts must be converted to outlines.
Adobe Photoshop (Minimum 300 dpi saved as a TIFF or PSD format)

When sending colour artwork please specify the exact colours using Pantone Match System (PMS) spot colours. If you don't have a copy of the Pantone chart, you can download it here .
How accurate will my colours be reproduced?
We are unable to give you a 100% guarantee that your Pantone numbers or colour samples will be matched exactly and that can be due to the material and printing technique chosen by you. Your colour references sent to us will be matched as closely as possible. Wherever applicable we will contact you about any potential issues before production commences. However, where colour is crucial, we recommend you order a colour proof. This will obviously lengthen the process and additional costs will incur, but it is the only way to ensure colour accuracy.
