Digital artwork in vectorized format is preferred and best provided in .PDF, .AI. or .EPS formats
Other types of artwork such as photographs or scanned images can be accepted providing they are high resolution images.
NOTE: the better quality your image is the better quality print you will receive.
If you require art work created for you or changes made to your original artwork, an art charge may be charged at the rate of $50.00 per hour and are determined on a per order basis.
NOTE : Due to gas fluctuations in the process of dye sublimation there can be no colour guarantees, but we do try and match your colour as close as possible to your specification when supplied.
